If you got into chiropractic to serve, and you’re feeling called to reach more people, THIS is for you.
Maybe you’ve considered bringing care into schools…
Or you’ve considered mobile models to make chiropractic more accessible for families…
But the “how” starts to feel overwhelming.
Whether you…
- Keep thinking, “I’d love to bring chiropractic into schools… but I don’t even know where to begin.”
- Feel excited by the idea of mobilizing your practice to reach more kids, but unsure how to fit it into your current schedule, systems, or staffing.
- Worry about the logistics like consent forms, portable tables, communication, who pays for it, and everything else it might require.
- Know you’re ready to expand, but don’t want to start another project that drains your energy
- Crave more purpose and a deeper community connection because you know chiropractic is meant for everyone, and you want to be part of making that happen.
You’re not the only one.
There are thousands of chiropractors who feel the same pull to do more.
To reach the families who aren’t making it into your office, to step into leadership in their community, and to serve where kids actually are.
But it needs to work inside the reality of a busy practice and a full life.
That’s exactly what this model is designed for.
You can grow a purpose-led practice, serve more kids, and do it in a way that *actually* supports the life you want.

- Expanding your reach while staying deeply rooted in your values and mission
- Making care accessible to families who otherwise couldn’t receive it.
- Growing your practice in a unique way that brings both profit and purpose
- Creating more freedom in how and when you work, whether that is the ability to slow down in the summer, travel with your kids, or finally take that unplugged vacation.
We’ll show you how.
Hi, we’re Dr. Lona Cook and Dr. Amanda Blonigen

I (Lona) have been a chiropractor for over 15 years, and from early on, I knew I wanted to serve families and bring chiropractic care to as many people in our community as possible.
A seminar in 2013 opened my mind to how powerful a collaboration with the schools could be, and I couldn’t stop thinking about the possibility.
At first, I had no clue how to make it work. There wasn’t a playbook for chiropractic in schools, just a strong sense that this mattered, and a willingness to figure it out.
There were a lot of messy beginnings… But over time, we built a system that worked — not just once, but over and over again, across multiple schools and through different seasons of practice.
And I didn’t do it alone.
In 2018, Dr. Amanda came to shadow our practice. She saw what we were doing in the schools and decided she wasn’t going back to Ohio. Instead, she joined the initiative and brought her energy and leadership to the vision we were building.
Together, we expanded to serve hundreds of kids and staff in our local district. And now we’re serving multiple districts, 4K classrooms, and after-school programs!
The only reason this model works so well is because of the people behind it — from our incredible team of adjusting docs and admin support, to the mentors and coaches who’ve guided us, and the personal support systems that have helped us show up fully (yes, both of us have grown our families right alongside this work).
Our main office has continued to thrive, the school-based model has expanded, and through years of mentorship and coaching, we’ve had a front-row seat into what helps other practices run smoothly, too.
And here’s what we know for sure:
You can have big goals, a full life, and still build something that feels aligned, but not if you’re doing it alone.
That’s why we created InnatelyU School™.
To share what’s worked. To save you from the guesswork. And to give you the structure, tools, and support you need if this is a path you’re ready to explore.
This is a tested, working model, built from everything we’ve learned over the years, to help chiropractors serve more kids and families in a way that’s sustainable, profitable, and purpose-led.
And we can’t wait to support you in bringing this to life in your practice!
XO,
Lona and Amanda

Introducing…
InnatelyU SchoolTM Certification
A complete, ready-to-implement certification program that helps chiropractors bring care into schools, without adding unnecessary complexity to their practice.
Whether you want to bring chiropractic into schools or adapt this approach for other community spaces, InnatelyU gives you the full structure to make it work.
- Real-world training and understanding the complexities of schools
- Proven templates, tools, and strategy
- Plug-and-play systems, education, and efficiency hacks
- And a support structure that fits alongside your existing practice
It’s the same model we’ve refined over years of working in schools, serving hundreds of students, and training teams to keep it sustainable.
THIS is what can happen when you bring Chiropractic into schools with the right structure behind you.
You become the go-to chiropractor in your community.
Your office becomes the name families know and trust, not just because of your care, but because of the visibility and credibility that comes with being in local schools.
You serve more kids without overloading your schedule.
With set systems, schedules, and expectations, the model works with your practice and your team, rather than against it.
…Think about it: you’re going to them because they’re already at school. No missed appointments, no last-minute cancellations. Just a smooth, reliable flow.
You get the support you need to implement this the right way.
From systems for on-site care to staff training to parent communication and onboarding folders, this isn’t a vague “go figure it out” course. It’s structured so that you can hit the ground running and take the appropriate next steps to build this yourself.
You build stronger relationships with schools, parents, and your entire community.
When you show up consistently and professionally with a clear process, people notice, and you start to build trust across the whole district, giving you the credibility you need to continue expanding into other nearby districts.
You stay anchored in your purpose.
While growth is important, it’s about doing the work that lights you up, and having the tools to do it well and make meaningful change in your community’s well-being.

And if you’re wondering whether schools and parents really want this, take a look at these stories we hear weekly!
- A third-grade girl said, ‘Thursday is my favorite day.’ When asked why, she smiled and said, ‘Because I get to go to the chiropractor.’
- A kindergartener told his mom he didn’t understand why he couldn’t sit still like the other kids. After just four adjustments, his teacher said he’s so much calmer, and last week he had his best day yet.
- A mom messaged us after her child’s first visit to say she slept through the night for the first time in months.
- One teacher shared that a student who used to get physical with others hasn’t had a single incident since getting adjusted. He also isn’t complaining of the stomachaches or headaches that used to happen often.
- A little girl who started care in kindergarten had hand tremors. She’s still getting adjusted, and the tremors are completely gone.
- During an IEP meeting, a mom said she’s noticed a huge difference in her son since starting care. Not just physically, but in how he’s showing up at school and at home.
The InnatelyU SchoolTM Commitment
When you join InnatelyU, you’re stepping into a model that’s been built, tested, and lived out in real practices just like yours.
You’ll get immediate access to a full roadmap, training, templates, and ongoing support to help you bring your school-based vision to life. Because of the nature of this program and everything that’s available up front, we do not offer refunds.
Our team has poured years of experience, trial, and refinement into this, so you don’t have to start from scratch.
And if something isn’t clicking or you’re feeling stuck, that’s exactly why we’ve layered in the full support package with live calls and a supportive community. We can only help if you let us know what’s going on.
If you’re committed to this vision and show up for the calls and the work, we fully believe this will support the growth you’re looking for.
And because I know this can be a big decision, here are a few questions you might have.
How much time will this take to implement?
I love the idea, but I’m already busy. Will this add more to my plate?
Do I need to be super outgoing or a natural networker to get into schools?
Do schools even want chiropractic care?
Does this need to be a separate entity or business within my practice?
And if you don’t want to run it by yourself, you can apply to work for our non-profit and do it with our team in your location after you’ve taken the certification.
Do I receive a certification at the end of this program?
While this certification does not currently count toward continuing education hours, we are actively working to secure CE approval in the future so that this program not only supports your practice growth, but your professional requirements as well.
What if my state has different requirements or limitations?
What if I get stuck or have questions during implementation?
What if I want to bring this into my community but not through schools?
What if I’ve already started doing something like this?
I’m not sure if my practice is ready yet. Should I wait?
Is this for associates, owners, or both?
Will this help me if I’m already in school, but I feel disorganized or burned out?
What if I still have questions?
If you’re ready to expand your practice in a way that brings more purpose, more connection, and more growth, InnatelyU is here to help you do it.
No more wondering how to get in, or doing it all on your own. Just a clear path forward, and a model that actually works.

If you’re still scrolling, read this before you go.
If you’re still here with me, it probably means you care about this work deeply.
I know that feeling well.
Years ago, I was sitting in the audience at an event when a man on stage said something that stopped me.
“If you want to help people, go where the people are.”
I couldn’t shake it. That one sentence kept echoing in my mind.
Because I knew where the kids were —they weren’t showing up in our offices; they were in schools — and we were missing them.
Whether their parents couldn’t get them to us because of work schedules or financial limitations, or maybe they didn’t even know the huge impact regular chiropractic care could have on their child.
And I couldn’t stop thinking… what if we stopped waiting for them to come to us, and brought care to them?
There was no guide or step-by-step plan back in 2016. I just followed what felt aligned.
It was messy at times, but I knew it was important, something I was being called to do.
And I didn’t do it alone.
Over the years, I’ve had an incredible team around me — in my practice, in my life, and now, in this mission. I believe they were attracted to us because we shared a similar vision and mission. Together, we’ve built a model that’s not only working in schools but growing in ways I never imagined.
We even started a nonprofit, because we believe this work deserves to be backed by research, by funding, and by a bigger reach — into more schools, more teachers, and more kids.
Now, this isn’t just an idea I tried once. It’s a tested, replicable model that’s already being used by other chiropractors — and I created InnatelyU to hand it over to you.
So you don’t have to start from scratch.
So you have something solid to plug into if this is the direction you feel called to grow.
I’ve always had this picture in my mind of what could be possible — not just for my practice, but for all of us.
Ever since that day, listening to that man on stage, I’ve carried this vision…
That one day, when parents are filling out back-to-school forms, it won’t just ask what medications their child is on or what shots they’ve had.
It’ll ask:
“Does your child receive nervous system support? Do they see a chiropractor?”
That’s the kind of change I want to help create.
And if even a part of you feels that same pull, I’d love for you to be part of it.
- Dr. Lona Cook
