Trusted By Experts. Loved by Schools. Impacting Families.

Whether you’re someone who…
- Keeps thinking, “I’d love to bring chiropractic into schools… but I don’t even know where to begin.”
- Feels excited by the idea of mobilizing your practice to reach more kids, but unsure how to fit it into your current schedule, systems, or staffing.
- Worries about the logistics, like consent forms, portable tables, communication, who pays for it, and everything else it might require.
- Knows you’re ready to expand, but don’t want to start another project added to your plate that drains your energy
- Crave more purpose and a deeper community connection because you know chiropractic is meant for everyone, and you want to be part of making that happen.
You’re not the only one.
There are thousands of chiropractors who feel the same pull to do more, reach more kids who aren’t making it into their office, and be leaders in their communities.
But it needs to work inside the reality of a busy practice and a full life.
That’s exactly what this model is designed for.
You can grow a purpose-led practice, serve more kids, and do it in a way that *actually* supports the life you want.
For you, that might mean:
- Expanding your reach while staying deeply rooted in your values and mission
- Making care accessible to families who otherwise couldn’t receive it.
- Growing your practice in a unique way that brings both profit and purpose
- Creating more freedom in how and when you work, whether that is the ability to slow down in the summer, travel with your kids, or finally take that unplugged vacation.
We’ll show you how.
Hi, we’re Dr. Lona Cook and Dr. Amanda Blonigen
I have been a chiropractor for over 15 years, and from early on, I knew I wanted to serve families and bring chiropractic care to as many people in our community as possible.
A seminar in 2013 opened my mind to how powerful a collaboration with the schools could be, and I couldn’t stop thinking about the possibility.
At first, I had no clue how to make it work. There wasn’t a playbook for chiropractic in schools, just a strong sense that this mattered, and a willingness to figure it out.
There were a lot of messy beginnings. But over time, we built a system that worked, not just once, but over and over again, across multiple schools and through different seasons of practice.
And I didn’t do it alone.
In 2018, Dr. Amanda came to shadow our practice. She saw what we were doing in the schools and decided she wasn’t going back to Ohio. Instead, she joined the initiative and brought her energy and leadership to the vision we were building.
Together, we expanded to serve hundreds of kids and staff in our local district. And now we’re serving multiple districts, 4K classrooms, and after-school programs!
The only reason this model works so well is because of the people behind it, from our incredible team of adjusting docs and admin support, to the mentors and coaches who’ve guided us, and the personal support systems that have helped us show up fully (yes, both of us have grown our families right alongside this work).
Our main office has continued to thrive, the school-based model has expanded, and through years of mentorship and coaching, we’ve had a front-row seat into what helps other practices run smoothly, too.
And here’s what we know for sure:
You can have big goals, a full life, and still build something that feels aligned, but not if you’re doing it alone.
That’s why we created InnatelyU SchoolTM.
To share what’s worked, to save you from the guesswork, and to give you the structure, tools, and support you need if this is a path you’re ready to explore.
This is a tested, working model, built from everything we’ve learned over the years, to help chiropractors serve more kids and families in a way that’s sustainable, profitable, and purpose-led.
And we can’t wait to support you in bringing this to life in your practice!
XO,
Lona and Amanda
Here’s what other chiropractors are raving about.
Lona has helped me grow my practice, hold space for my patients, and confidently step into schools. Her team guided me through exactly who to talk to, what questions to ask, what we needed, and provided the marketing tools and step-by-step process for getting into our district. The coaching through the school year has been invaluable. Having this level of support has made all the difference.

Feedback from the Teachers and Staff Who See the Impact in their Schools
“Students return to class calmer and more focused. I believe it helps with focus, anxiety, and stress without using medication. It fits smoothly into our day and helps families by reducing appointments outside of school.”
Abbey Rao, Student Services, Middle School
“We deal with extreme behaviors… biting, spitting, restraints, and it has helped our kids regulate. We’ve seen students stop complaining of physical pain. The consistency is really helpful. Some families can’t afford chiropractic otherwise, and this gives them access.”
Katie Simonson, Special Education Teacher, Elementary
“They stay in class longer. They ask for less Tylenol or Ibuprofen. Many of our kids have never experienced appropriate touch, so chiropractic has opened them up to other supports and experiences they wouldn’t have accepted before.”
Kristy Rubenzer, Behavior Coach, K-12
“It’s a predictable Monday routine, and that helps. One parent said their child was wetting the bed less. We see calmer moods and better focus. It saves time for everyone and supports the whole family.”
Melissa Olson, 4K Teacher
“Chiropractic helps with behavior, confidence, even bedwetting. Families were excited and told other parents. It’s become one of the best things we’ve implemented.”
Sara Denure, Elementary Teacher
“When they don’t get adjusted, we notice it. One child even asked for an adjustment when feeling anxious because he knew it helped him. It’s been incredible to witness the change.”
Tarin Rud, Educator
“We see physical complaints that are really about stress or emotions. Chiropractic supports both the body and mind. It’s short, fits into the school day, and doesn’t disrupt learning.”
Tessa Darley, Mental Health Professional
