I have a love for the inner workings of life, health, and business and how it’s all divinely connected. I love helping others by helping them see the connection between their alignment internally and their outer world. This can be immensely helpful to learn how to work with inner and outer when growing your business, practice, team and life fulfillment.

Early in my career, my obsession with seeing how when my inner world changed so did my outer world…Allowed me to see that this type of awareness led to real world change. Building up multiple practices, teams, events, meanwhile also enjoying birthing and being present to my kids. The challenges life offered also brought the growth for the next expansion. Life is lived through your nervous system; it’s all tone and frequency. Let me help you decode.

Professional Highlights

Enjoying life with my husband and our growing, beautiful family! Gave birth at home to my sons, Jack in 2015, and Max in 2020.
Moved and changed cities (70 miles apart) twice, meanwhile growing practices and having babies - learning to juggle and find inner balance.

Navigating being in the “sandwich” generation as my mom navigated the depths of human suffering and eventually passed over the period of 6 years while having my babies; this experience has taught me more about our humanness than almost anything. I have the heart to help humans overcome and keep moving while embracing and finding strength in the challenges they face.

Personal Highlights

I have spoken at and attended hundreds of events in the past decade with some of the biggest thought leaders in holistic health and well-being.
We have brought chiropractic into our public school system; creating a school-based chiropractic practice that continues to expand and is working with Haavik Research.

I have been intimately involved in opening, owning, and operating 3 brick and mortar chiropractic practices successfully and continue to thrive in operation.

Creating and facilitating deep-dive masterminds/retreats to grow personally and professionally

Written or co-authored over 5 books and other resources for the chiropractic profession and human potential field
Past president of the Chiropractic Society of Wisconsin. And board member politically active for 10 years.
Mentored many docs through the start up process and expansion of building their team around them.

Creation of a women's seminar- EVOLVE - that was hosted for 4 years straight 2014-2018 and Mastermind retreats in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022!
Leaning into business opportunities, from paying down debt fast, to investing in new properties that are in alignment with your vision for investing and expansion.
I love to help people connect to their power and create more of their life’s work and success in the world by sharing THEIR innate gifts!

Serving people in a way that is congruent and energetically sound is very important to my teams and to me. I know that when we serve, whether in our practices delivering great care, or sharing a message from our hearts to connect with others everyone wins. We all have value in our world and when we share our gifts with others so they also can grow and step into their potential that is the magic recipe. I love seeing things grow and change and its so fun to be part of that experience both in my own businesses but also with those we share our message with.
